  • Compile, structure all upcoming campaign requests from the different departments, like commercial, marketplace, partnership, branding into the campaign tracker.
  • Build individual campaign strategy & mechanics.
  • Update the campaign tracker with all the campaign deliverables from CRM, Seller mechanics and Social Media from associated functions.
  • Ongoing campaigns & channel daily optimization & escalation to relevant teams.
  • Flash-sales campaign planning and execution.
  • Maintain ownership and update the WBR for Campaign Operations.
  • Own the bi-weekly Campaign Ops performance review.
  • Planning & Execution of all the campaign operations ( page creation, module creation, monitor design creatives etc) based on input from the campaign tracker.
  • Execution of all the HP operations based on the inputs from the campaign tracker (banner sequencing, module optimization and HP overlays).

  • Own all on-site and in-app, campaign related, real estate.
  • Campaign Structures: Optimize site-structure with a core focus towards the main KPIs: DAU, Stickiness, GMV.
  • Campaign modules/mechanisms: Develop “mechanics” that would allow us to target the aforementioned KPIs in dedicated ways in times of high traffic and acquisition.
